1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or signing up for early access to taiLOR (a product of Savilinks Technology), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please do not use our site or register for early access.

2. Platform Overview & Product Status

taiLOR is a custom tailoring marketplace platform designed to connect everyday customers with verified local tailors in Nigeria.Product Status: The iOS and Android mobile applications are currently in active development ("Coming Soon"). Early access registration allows you to secure a position in our rollout cohorts and receive preview updates.

3. User & Tailor Responsibilities

• Customers: Agree to provide accurate contact information and dimensions. You remain responsible for verifying fabric choices and design requirements before approving production milestones.
• Tailors: Agree to provide truthful information during application, adhere to agreed production milestones, and uphold high workmanship standards for all garments commissioned through the platform.

4. Payments & Milestone Governance

Payment protection on taiLOR operates through milestone stages (deposit, production, and final delivery upon fit approval). Payment processing will launch in partnership with a licensed payment processing partner. For detailed milestone mechanics, refer to our Payment Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The taiLOR name, logo, software code, graphic designs, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Savilinks Technology. Tailors retain copyright over their original garment designs and lookbook photography.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Nigerian law, Savilinks Technology shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, third-party logistics failures, or fabric defects outside our direct control.
