Orders are split into stages: deposit, production and delivery. You pay as each stage is confirmed, and you approve the fit before the final payment. For example, on a ₦100,000 order: 40% deposit, 40% at production, 20% on delivery.

Payment protection launches alongside the mobile app in partnership with a licensed payment processing partner.

Trigger: Fabric selected & measurements confirmed

Your deposit is confirmed before the tailor cuts fabric. This secures your tailor's time and commits the order without forcing you to pay 100% upfront.

On a ₦100,000 order: ₦40,000 deposit

Stage 02

Production Stage

Trigger: Garment cutting & assembly underway

As your tailor stitches and pieces your garment together, production progress updates are shared directly in the app before final assembly.

On a ₦100,000 order: ₦40,000 at production

Stage 03

Delivery & Fit Approval

20%

Trigger: You receive your outfit and approve the fit

Your completed outfit is delivered. You try it on. Only when you confirm that the fit meets expectations is the final 20% payment released.

On a ₦100,000 order: ₦20,000 upon verified fit
